The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in continuation of this Department's

2016 and 1 March, 2016 and on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion
Committee, is pleased to order the promotion of following Section Officers of H.P.
Secretariat to the post of Under Secretary (HPSS), in the pay scale of ~ 15,600-39,100 +
~6600/- Grade Pay, with Secretariat Pay of ~2500/- P.M., on regular basis, with immediate
effect:1. Shri Rajinder Prasad Negi
2. Shri Parkash Chand
3. Shri Ram Singh Ranot
4. Shri Devi Ram

These officers shall also exercise option(s) for fixation of pay under the
provisions of FR-22, within a period of one month from the date of issue of these orders.
