The Daily Waged! Contingent pgid workers shall be considered
for regularisation on completion of 10 years of continuou2
servie,c' ;(with a ffi 1111 mum of 240 days in a calendar year)
eithe( ~ginst the available vacant posts or, if'vacant posta,
are not ~vailable by creation of the poits. Ho~eve~, thE!
eligibility for regularisation of such wbrk~rs in respect of
tribal areas shall. be on the basis of number of minimum
requisite days as under:(a)
For Kinnaur District and Spiti
Sub-Division of
Lahaul and
Spiti District.
(b)
For Lahaul area of Lahaul and
Spiti District and Pangi SubDivision of Chamba District.

The regularis~tion shall be strictly on tbe basis of
seniority ~ubject to fitness and the fulfilment of minimum
eligibili ty prescribed in the concerned Recruitment R'1d
Promotion Rule9.
