The Governor,

order the posting of
Smt. Aparna Sharma, Civil judge (Senior Division)-cum-Chief judicial Magistrate. Chamba,
as Additional
Secretary
(Law)
to
the
Government
of
Himachal
Pradesh,
Shimla,
consequent upon placing of h er services at the disposal of Government of Himachal
Pradesh , by the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh vide letter NO.HHC/GAZ/l452/74-VII-1675 dated 2 nd july, 2015, with immed iate effect, in the public interest.
Smt. Aparna Sharma, Additional Secretary (Law), may either choose all
allow ances/facilities and benef its admissib le to H.P. jud icial Officers or those admissible to
officers working under the State Government, from the date of her joining in the H.P .
Secreta ri at, Shimla.
The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is further pleased to order the relieving of
Shri Pune Ram, a member of H.P. judic ial Service, presently posted as Special Secretary
(Law ) t o t he Government of Him achal Pradesh, Shimla . consequent upon his transfer and
posting a::; Additional District and Sessions judge, CBI Court, Shimla, enabling him to join
his new assignment, with immediate effect, in the pub lic interest .
