T2 is a $200 incentive choice that is earned only by completing a health assessment online with BCBSM and having
an annual physical in a calendar year. If both criteria are met, eligible employees may choose T2 as an incentive
the following year.

Funds may only be used at a participating Michigan Tech facility toward the purchase of a qualified wellness or
fitness related program
•
Funds may be used in conjunction with TechFit
•
For employee use only (not for dependent use)
•
T2 funds are awarded and available in March each year
•
Unused T2 funds expire on December 31 of the same year
•
You may view your TechFit and T2 balance in Banweb
•
T2 is a taxable benefit
