Academic Assessment Committee Meeting Approved Minutes October 21, 2015

-Meeting starts at 2:00pm.
Old business:
Approval of Comprehensive Program Review Calendar
-Discussion
-T. Betkowski comments on absence of learning support math, reminds that learning
support is optional but recommended.
-Motion to remove learning support English from this year’s assessment and add both
learning support math and English to the 2018-19 academic year assessment.
-Motion to change the name from ‘Calendar’ to ‘cycle’, to avoid confusion with other
calendars the committee works with.
-Motion to add an ‘Approved by’ line and date and the end of the calendar.
-Motion for a vote on all three motions made by N. Nourizadeh and seconded by J. Williamson
-All motions passed by unanimous voice vote.
