Answer one question.

Design the cover of a monthly Art Magazine entitled: ART EYES. Work to a suitable proportion.
Add any decoration and/or illustration you feel appropriate.
There is no limit on the number of colours to be used.

Design a poster to advertise a sale of footwear. You must include the following words:
SHOE SALE
MEETING ROOMS
19 MAY 2010
You may include any decoration and/or illustration you feel appropriate.

Design the logo for a chain of bread and cake stores. The name of the company, BAKER’S DOZEN,
must appear in your design. Show in colour how this design would look on a shop-front or on a
carrier bag.

Design a repeat pattern to be used for the upholstery of a seating area in a library.
There is no limit on the number of colours to be used.

Using an appropriate calligraphic script with which you are familiar, design the page of a book
using all or part of the following extract:
‘The vine crept awkwardly around the tilted rusting column which, like Lee, had once
stood proud. Nearby, an old chair was also succumbing to nature’s invasion and the
ravages of time.
The phone rang and, like the chair, Lee needed more support than he himself was able
to give. Was it the news he’d been dreading?’
You may include any additional decoration and/or illustration you feel appropriate.

Design the cardboard container, including graphics, for a compendium of children’s games.
There is no limit on the number of colours to be used.
