The syllabus documents for both Short Course and Principal Course for 2013 – 2015 are available on the Cambridge

Principal Courses Paper 2 (Listening and Reading)
The listening material continues to be provided in WAV format. If you require it in another format, such as MP3, you
may convert it at your Centre. This may not be done earlier than the day of the examination.
Principal Courses Paper 4 (Topics and Texts)
There are some changes to the Topics and Texts lists each year. Please consult the syllabus document for further
details. Please note: the focus, format and style of the questions remain unchanged.

Paper 2 Reading and Listening
From May/June 2013, the re-translation exercise will be primarily based on the second reading passage, as
it is in French, German, Italian and Spanish.
