ANS 427X – Beef Cattle Cow-Calf Management – 3 credits – Dr. Patrick Gunn § This course will be taught each fall, and ANS 426 will be taught each spring and be changed to Beef Cattle Feedlot Management. You may take both of these courses, however, you may only use ONE of them as one of your 400-level option courses. The second one will be an elective. Milk Marketing-Dairy Products; five from the National Dairy Shrine/Dairy Management, Inc. Education & Communication Scholarships; two from NDS/McCullough; and MORE!
