It is the responsibility of the provider to present proof of the above criteria to the DHS Bureau of Early Intervention for HFS review and approval. There is a cost to access some of the materials found on this website. The list of approved tools can also be found on the Early Intervention website(s). All new tools will be added to this list upon approval of HFS. Do not use a new tool until you receive notification from the Bureau of EI that the tool submitted for review has been approved.
