Call for ISPE Volunteers
Volunteers are vital to the success of ISPE. There are many ways to volunteer your time and share your
expertise with ISPE. Volunteering for a committee, task team, or COP is one of the most common ways to
get involved.

ISPE China is recruiting volunteers:
ISPE Technical Documents Translation
ISPE is planning to translate the following technical documents:
• Baseline Guide: Sterile Manufacturing Facilities
• ISPE Good Practice Guide: Good Engineering Practice
• GAMP series
We will divide volunteers into several groups and arrange the task according to your schedule. Industry
Experts will lead the final review to ensure the overall quality and the consistency. Volunteers who attend
the translation will be listed in the thank you letter in the translated version.
Speaker for COP offline activity
The first China offline Critical Utilities (CU)-Water COPs (Communities of Practice) was successfully held in
Renaissance hotel Tianjin on 23 July, 2010. ISPE China will set up & already have below COPs: Active
Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) Sterile Products
Processing (SPP) Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) We’ll hold offline COP discussions in other cities
like Shanghai, Tianjin, and Beijing etc. and invite your participation.
Speaker and PPT translation for China events
The goal of the ISPE China conference is to establish a platform for professionals in pharmaceutical
industry where they could share and exchange ideas and experience in manufacturing technology, facility
engineering, quality management and other important aspects for pharmaceutical engineering. We call for
volunteers to present or translate the slides of each session. We also call for volunteer for training materials
translation or acting as facilitator for training activities which is held several items a year.
Sub-committee for ISPE Greater China Steering Committee (SC)
ISPE Greater China Steering Committee was established in 2008, to better facilitate ISPE activities in
China. We are recruiting members for “promotion sub-committee” “student & young professional subcommittee” & “training sub-committee”. Look forward to your participation.
