15,000 U/ml of bovine testicular hyaluronidase in PBS, pH 7.4 for 30 minutes at

migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with
other extracellular matrix components.

Domain
The alpha-helical domains I and II are thought to interact with other laminin chains to form a
coiled coil structure.

fixed with acetone. Samples were incubated
with the primary antibody at a 1/100 dilution
for 8 hours at 4°C. An FITC-conjugated goat
polyclonal was used as secondary antibody at
a 1/200 dilution.
