MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – No.773
On February 24th, 2015, the members of the board of directors, summoned by the
chairman Mr. Décio da Silva, met at the company headquarters and decided to approve
under the letter j, Article 22 of WEG Bylaws, authorize this company to provide
endorsement, bail and other guarantees, in favor of its subsidiary WEG Equipamentos
Elétricos S.A., related to a borrow contraction from BNDES, in EXIM Pré-Embarque –
PSI line, to be firmed with accredited financial agents with the following characteristics:
Total Amount................ : Up to R$ 30,000,000.00
Charges ...................... : 11.0% per Year
Period ......................... : Up to 36 months
Being this all that there was to be decided upon, the chairman thanked all the present
members and ended the meeting. Jaraguá do Sul(SC), February 24th, 2015. The present
minute is transcribed on page 84 in the minutes book No. 17 of the board of directors,
