I used a blended design to facilitate critical engagement during online and

● As interim program track coordinator, I served as liaison between the
students and the Counseling Program coordinator to: create reports on
recruitment and retention efforts, develop orientation for new school
counseling students, co-vision Open House and Campus Interview Day for
applicants, sponsor social events with current school counseling students,
communicate with local educators, site supervisors, and alumni about current
program track developments, and design informational materials (print and
electronic) about the school counseling program track.

critical learning experiences such as increased skills in self-reflection and
