Spanish/English bilingual senior project manager with extensive experience managing randomized controlled trials and quasiexperimental studies, and proficient in qualitative analysis and community based participatory research. Tasks include:
• Manage local and national scale projects with large data collection components across 25 cities and 200+ sites
• Train and manage field data collection teams ranging from five to 50+ persons
• Develop inter-rater agreement and realignment protocols, monitor data quality, and ensure fidelity to study
protocols
• Develop multiple systematic observation and survey instruments, and related electronic data collection and
