Xavier offers BS degree programs in the areas of Accounting, Finance,
Management, and Sales & Marketing.
™ GRADUATE SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES
The Business Division has an articulation agreement with the A.B. Freeman
School of Business at Tulane University for a Master of Business Administration
(MBA) Degree program and Master of Science (MS) Degree programs in
Accounting and Finance. It is a specialized program offering preferential
admission designed for undergraduate Xavier University students who desire
focused and advanced training in business. Xavier students who qualify for these
graduate programs receive fellowships that may include full-tuition waiver.
Terrell Washington, a May 2007 graduate from the Division of Business, joined
the Master’s program in Accounting. Here is what Terrell has to say about his
experience:
“I was accepted into Tulane University’s Master’s
program in Accounting in the summer of 2007 with
a full tuition scholarship. I plan on completing the
program in the spring of 2008. All of my
accounting courses taken at Xavier were accepted
by Tulane University. I have already received a
job offer from one of top accounting firms in the
country. It has been a great experience!”
™ STUDY ABROAD
Xavier University’s Center for Intercultural and International Programs (CIIP)
assists Xavier students in obtaining study abroad experiences. Students can go
overseas for a semester or summer using the study abroad exchange program.
Every year a number of students go to various countries in Africa, Europe, or Asia
using the study abroad exchange programs offered at Xavier.
