Did you complete a FERPA Form?
The purpose of the FERPA Form is to give parents’ permission to have
access to student records such as: Financial Aid, Grades, and Billing
Information.
 To Complete the FERPA Waiver log onto:

If you are planning to attend Summer School session 2 or 3 and the
courses begin on or before June 30, 2014, you may be eligible to be
considered for title IV federal financial aid; the following must be
completed on or by June 15, 2014 for processing your summer request.
 A filed and valid 13-14 FAFSA/SAR on file
 Completed Summer School Application

 Meeting Sap
Your summer financial aid will post to your account once the following
steps have been completed:
 Accept and submit your summer financial aid award via
Banner Web.
 Attendance requirement: Swipe your XULA ID in ALL
registered classes.
 If you are a first time borrower of Federal Direct
Subsidized/Unsubsidized/Graduate PLUS loans make sure you
have completed
 The entrance counseling and master promissory note on
www.studentloans.gov website.
If you accepted your Health Professional or Perkins Loan, make sure you
have signed your promissory note with Ms. Carolyn Robinson (contact
number 504-520-5232).
