At Warwick Volunteers we ensure that all of our volunteers intending to work in schools have been
DBS checked, for the protection of both school pupils and the students themselves.
All volunteers are required to bring their DBS Certificates with them on their first visit to school, prior
to commencing their volunteering placement with you. I would be grateful if you could please
complete the information below to confirm that the above volunteer has shown you their copy of their
Enhanced DBS Disclosure Certificate and you are happy for them to commence their volunteering
placement with you.
Volunteers are required to return this completed information the to the Warwick Volunteers office and
will not be able to commence their placement until they have done this.
If you have any concerns about the volunteer being placed at your school or have any questions
regarding our DBS policy or the Volunteering in Schools Programme, please do not hesitate to contact
