Submit project idea: name of proponent, project description (use attached form) Email to surf@sfu.ca 2. Meet with Energy manager to review 3. Energy management office evaluates cost effectiveness (ROI) 4. Prepares eligible project list and recommendations 5. Review with EC quarterly for input 6. Submit finalized project list annually for approval Implementation Phase: Monitoring/ verification by Energy Management Office Reporting out to Community Note: Seed funding of $800K in 2013/14 with additional $500K in 2014 /15, savings from projects reinvested to replenish SURF
