Overview
Product name
Multicolor Human B cell marker panel (CD5-PE, CD19-APC, CD20-FITC and CD45-PE/Cy7®)
Product overview
ab106071 is a human B cell marker panel containing CD5 mouse monoclonal (PE-conjugated),
CD19 mouse monoclonal (APC-conjugated), CD20 mouse monoclonal (FITC-conjugated) and
CD45 mouse monoclonal (PE/Cy7-conjugated) antibodies, tested for use as a cocktail in flow
cytometry.
The human B cell marker panel contains a selection of the most popular B cell associated CD
markers, conjugated to a wide spectrum of fluorochromes for optimal detection using flow
cytometry. Matched isotype controls are available (ab91363, ab91358, ab81197, ab103534).

ab106071 staining of B cells in whole human
blood by flow cytometry.
Peripheral blood was collected into Li
Heparin LH/9 ml monovettes. Red blood cells
were lysed with lysis buffer (for 5 ml: 41.45 g
NH4Cl, 5 g NaHCO3, 1 ml 0.5M EDTA in
H2O) for 20 min at room temperature. After
spinning down, the obtained cell pellet was
washed twice with PBS. The cells were
stained with the antibodies (2.5 – 5 µl of each

panel (CD5-PE, CD19-APC, CD20-FITC and
room temperature in the dark. Samples were
CD45-PE/Cy7®) (ab106071)
washed twice with cell sorting buffer (3 %
FCS in PBS) and resuspended. Flow
cytometry was performed on a FACSCalibur
(Becton Dickinson) at 488 nm (FL-1, 2, 3) and
633 nm (FL-4), and analysed using Flojo
software.
Matched isotype control antibodies were
used under the same conditions (ab81197,
ab91363, ab91358, ab103534).
