INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
for the Con-Tech Quadris and Perfos Wall Sconces
(WS081 and WS121 Series)
Lighting fixture must be installed in accordance with the National Electric Code and any applicable local electrical codes.
Warning: Risk of Fire. Use supply wires rated for at least 90°C. Consult a qualified electrician before installation.

1. Ensure power is off before installation.
2. OPTIONAL: If brass backplate is used, place it between the wall and the back of the housing. Remove protective covering after installation.
3. Feed wires through the large hole on back of channel. See diagram.
4. Secure the ground wire onto the green cup washer and screw.
5. Using wire nuts (not provided) connect the black fixture wire to the black line wire and the white fixture wire to the white
line wire. Make line connection in the junction box.
6. Mount fixture over rectangular junction box. Use wood screws, toggle bolts or plastic anchors through any of the
open holes in channel housing.
7. Install lamp. See type indicated below.
8. Place diffuser over housing and secure with 2 screws included. Use one at each end.
