Dignity at Warwick

TO REPORT: (by the HR Adviser, Equality and Diversity)

A verbal update on the Dignity at Warwick documentation and process.

The drafting of the revised Dignity at Warwick Policy is in its final stages, and once it is ready I will send to members for comments.

I have recruited new dignity contacts to include a more diverse group for staff to select from – number of contacts has risen from 7 to 22 (with another possible 1 academic) and includes staff from grades FA3 upwards. The paperwork is currently also being updated and contacts will have their photos and a short profile about themselves on the Dignity at Warwick pages.

Training is currently being organised in consultation with the contacts. Once everything is ready, we intend to do a big communication push and also organise a ‘Dignity at Warwick’ event. If any members would like to be involved, let me know.
