Master Schedule access is not available Data that shows determination of 50% design strength to sustain building determination Commission recommendation to FPC – What was it? Bylaws/Mission – Who will provide FPC purpose/mission to Commission? Does the FPC have a committee description? It was agreed to establish and begin small work groups to address accreditation recommendations. On the afternoon of November 29, Steve Epstein, Datatel Planning Consultant, will be on campus and wants to meet with people from the functional plans. He will be going over the processing we should be utilizing in the committee. FPC members who volunteered to attend this meeting were Paul Agpawa, Tim Flanagan, Leslie Haddock, Trisha Hawkins, Todd Olson, and Scott Thomason. On November 30, an update will be given. Tracey Thomas is willing work on identifying any information that the college might have about FPC’s purpose or mission. Tim Flanagan and Scott Thomason volunteered to work on this with Tracey. Committee volunteers to work on accumulating support documentation relative to our SWOT analysis were Paul Agpawa, Tim Flanagan, Todd Olson, and Scott Thomason. The next meeting of the FPC will be held Friday, November 30, 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Lakeview Room.
