Annual Institutional Plan The annual institutional plan emphasizes and focuses on particular aspects of the Strategic Plan and the Education Maser plan that will be completed in a given academic year. The Strategic and Education Master Plan drives the review process, which includes an analysis of each academic, student services, and administrative program, as well as program planning at the unit level.
