DESCRIPTION OF SELECTED TOPIC:
The description should clearly state the scope of the course, its level, and what student goals the course is designed
to fulfill.
In this beginning level course students will learn what elements are included in game
development. Students will learn and follow a basic game development process.
COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES: What should the students be able to do as a result of taking this course?
State some of the objectives in terms of specific, measurable student accomplishments.
Students will demonstrate understanding of basic game elements and develop two different
computer game types.

2. View and assess example projects and computer games to identify basic components as
outlined in course textbook.
3. Develop four projects.
