Photograph and Video Release form
The University of Warwick frequently takes photographs and make recordings and
videos for educational presentations, informational presentations or for use as on-line
material or for publicity purposes. These images, likeness and recordings may
appear in printed publications or on our website and may be viewed not just in the UK
but throughout the world.
Before taking any picture, recording or filming we need your permission. Please
carefully read the following release – by signing this permission you are consenting to
our being able to use you photograph, recording video or testimonial of you on the
internet, for broadcast or in printed material.
I hereby grant permission to the University of Warwick and its agents the right to use
photographs or recordings of me /or my testimonial without payment or any other
consideration. I understand that the image may be edited, copied, published or
distributed and I waive the right to inspect or approve any content in which my image
or recording is used. I also confirm my understanding that there is no time limit on
the validity of this release nor is there a geographic limitation on where the materials
may be used or distributed,
