organize assessment of Effective Communication outcome.

3. Issues and goals for the 2014-2015 year. What are our goals for the year and how will we go
about addressing them?
The following, in no specific order, are issues that have come up in the last few months:
a. Assessment Deadlines - changes to the Sept 15 and Feb 15 deadline
b. Process for updating course and program outcomes - Curriculum Committee to Database
routing.
c. Program Assessment Cycle - Is two years effective and realistic?
d. "Open and Closing Loop Process" - can this be made more effective?
e. Updates and modification of reporting forms.
f. System of comparing plans to actual report entries - process to determine compliance.
g. Web page modifications to eliminate common problems.
h. Incorporation of Canvas into assessment process.
i. Faculty contractual language and assessment process - are modifications required?
