1. Meeting called to Order
2. Notes revised and approved from the 2/27/15 Meeting
3. Online program review process update
a. Good feedback from David Bazard. Paul Chown working on form
issues. Annual plan doesn’t have assessment section. Has progress
but no comprehensive. Pre populates CLO’s but not PLO’s. Issue
with lumping programs into one program review.
b. Maybe ADT’s have separate program reviews.
c. Large program reviews need to identify individual programs.
d. Paul working on embedding a rich text field – bold, color, spell
check, bullets
e. Roll out for instruction first, roll out to all of pilot? Training
sessions for only Deans/Director (Convocation Flex activity)
4. Update Website
a. Angelina and Johanna to meet and discuss

6. Misc. Discussions
a. Instruction, Student Services and Administrative Services all have
different assessments and outcomes
i. Instruction and Student Services are now locked in.
ii. Administrative Services still needs some work. No required
supporting documentation.
iii. Feedback – closing the loop
iv. PRC having more of an impact, giving clearer guidelines to
the Deans, providing the rubic for prioritize resource
request. (assessment and planning)
b. Noncredit – should be using Instructional template
c. Adding an Author response, add a step of closing the loop
7. Future Agenda items:
a. Supplemental Budget Form revisions
