7. Streamlining the Program Review Process (continued): setting up a small working group
for the purpose of 1) Revising templates and 2) Developing a more efficient PRC
schedule and workload plan. Sample suggestion: Assessment documents should be
required parts of program review – potential for IR to pre-populate with assessment
information from prior year so changes are addressed and improvements to learning
noted.
