TheMulticulturalandDiversityCommitteehasbeentaskedbyCollegeoftheRedwoods’
WorkforceEquityinHiringPlan,specificallyinitiativeIII.1.J,withthefollowing:
"TheMulticulturalandDiversityCommitteewillreviewcurriculum
offeringstodeterminecourses(oradditionalcourses)thatwouldserveour
underrepresentedstudentsandattractadiversepoolofinstructors.The
resultinglistofcourseswillbesenttoappropriatedisciplineexperts,
divisiondeans,anddirectorstoconsiderincourseschedulingandcourse
initialization.ThelistwillalsobesenttotheEnrollmentManagement
Committeeforconsideration.ChairofMDCandSenateCo‐Presidents."
