Summary Notes
1. Meeting Called to Order: Present: Brady Reed, Joe Hash, Angelina Hill, Cindy Hooper,
Hillary Reed, Lorraine Pedrotti, Crislyn Parker-Support
2. Approve Notes from October 23, 2015: Approved as stand.
3. IB9 Discussion: President and Budget Committee Co-Chairs-N/A
 Angelina and Keith addressed the BPC process and Standard IV9 regarding funding needs
outside the program review process:
o A form is available to submit funding requests outside program review, through
Deans/Directors, and must include justification for both the need and why it is not
included in program review. Any requests outside PR need documentation for
transparency. BARF form is located on the Forms web pages.
o BPC is developing and adopting a formal rubric for ranking. A draft will go out to all.
Items may still be grouped, but the grouping will be clearly delineated.
 Angelina will bring the discussion on augmenting budgets for operational items to BPC
for discussion.
4. Review Student Services Program Reviews: Comments will be entered into the Committee
Comment Section 8 of the template. Notification of completion of the committee evaluation will
be emailed to Deans for review and disbursal.
