REDWOODS COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT Board Policy BP 3100 ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE The President/Superintendent shall establish organization charts that delineate the lines of responsibility and fix the general duties of employees within the District. The Board of Trustees holds the President/ Superintendent, the Chief Executive Officer of the College, directly responsible for the effective organization and functioning of Redwoods Community College District. The President/ Superintendent in turn holds staff members responsible for their assigned duties. All recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding organizational structure shall be transmitted through the President/ Superintendent. Organizational Structure The President/Superintendent shall establish: Organizational charts that delineate lines of responsibility General duties of employees within the District The District’s organizational structure shall be available on the District’s website.
