ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The President/Superintendent shall establish organization charts that delineate the lines of
responsibility and fix the general duties of employees within the District.
The Board of Trustees holds the President/ Superintendent, the Chief Executive Officer of
the College, directly responsible for the effective organization and functioning of Redwoods
Community College District. The President/ Superintendent in turn holds staff members
responsible for their assigned duties.
All recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding organizational structure shall be
transmitted through the President/ Superintendent.

The President/Superintendent shall establish:


Organizational charts that delineate lines of responsibility
General duties of employees within the District
The District’s organizational structure shall be available on the District’s website. The
organizational structure will be reviewed and updated as needed.
