Instructions UCP Presentation The project presentations count in the oral component of your course grade. It is one of the individual grades you will receive.. You will have a maximum of 10 minutes (exclusive of questions and answers) to make this project presentation. You must use Powerpoint for your visual aids with Audio. You must turn in a copy of your visual aids (Powerpoint slides) to the assignment drop box. Hints for this presentation: Do not refer to the UCPS sections but communicate the essence of the content within the SRS. Some of the more important items from the UCP to present include: o Scope in the UC o UC Functionality o UC constraints o User interfaces with some way of presenting navigation o Database Definitions o Use case description (do not read) o Extended Class diagram Do not present the data dictionary but use it during the Q&A session to clarify questions that may be raised. This presentation is your chance to market your understanding of the system and present unique ideas about the system to the customer. The customer wants to see that you clearly understood and conveyed his/her wants and needs for the proposed system. Success of this presentation is a direct result of the amount of review and practice of the presentation materials by your team. Presentation of Use Case Packets For the student presentations on these use case packets, each student will have 10-15 minutes to present his/her use case packet, not including questions and audience discussion. Each presenter must use visual aids. A copy of your visual aids (e.g., Powerpoint slides) must be given to the instructor at the beginning of the class period of your scheduled presentation. The sequence diagram is the primary focus of this presentation. The use case description should also be presented to set the context of the sequence diagram. Other items of the use case packet should be referenced only to help explain these two.
