Notes
Postponement and Withdrawal Fees

Within the Add/ Drop period, there will be a full retrieval of
fees paid in that semester in case of postponement or
withdrawal from the university or withdrawal from courses
/ thesis.

Within the withdrawal with (W) period, there will be a 70%
retrieval of the fees paid in that semester in case of
postponement or withdrawal from the university or
withdrawal from courses / thesis.

After the withdrawal with (W) period, there will be no
retrieval of any amount of fees paid in that semester in
case of postponement or withdrawal from the university
or withdrawal from courses / thesis.

If a student was dismissed from the university, there will
be no retrieval of any amount of fees paid in that
semester.

In case of cancellation or freeze of courses for any
reason by the university, there will be a full retrieval of
fees paid in that semester.

‫رسوم التأجيل واالسنحاب من الجبمعة‬
‫في فترة الحذف واإلضافة يتم إعادة الرسوم المدفوعة كاملة في ذلك‬
‫الفصل إذا تم التأجيل أو االنسحاب من الجامعة أو االنسحاب من‬
.‫ الرسالة‬/‫المقررات‬

‫ من الرسوم المدفوعة‬%70 ‫في فترة الحذف بتقدير (س) يتم إعادة‬
‫في ذلك الفصل إذا تم التأجيل أو االنسحاب من الجامعة أو‬
.‫ الرسالة‬/‫االنسحاب من المقررات‬

‫بعد فترة الحذف بتقدير (س) ال يرد أي مبلغ من الرسوم المدفوعة‬
‫في ذلك الفصل إذا تم التأجيل أو االنسحاب من الجامعة أو‬
.‫ الرسالة‬/‫االنسحاب من المقررات‬

‫في حالة فصل الطالب من الجامعة ال يرد أي مبلغ من الرسوم‬
.‫المدفوعة في ذلك الفصل‬

‫في حالة إلغاء أو تجميد المقررات ألي سبب من قبل الجامعة يتم‬

.‫إعادة الرسوم المدفوعة كاملة في ذلك الفصل‬
