I spent 5 months at UCL. That is equivalent to 20 weeks, or 140 days. And what do I have to
say now that it's all done? I wish I went for the entire year.
UCL is a truly desirable and fulfilling destination for any exchange student; It's an
academically powerful institution of the highest stature with a dynamic active student body
and a city so full of variety/art, embracing you onto a new world of opportunities and
experiences. The university truly adheres to those who love to learn. They challenge you
enough to push you to your highest potential, without imposing great stresses that hinder
your learning experience. Community involvement is effective, easy to join and satisfying.
Even as a temporary student, I found myself involved in several volunteer positions at a time
which had contributed to my personal growth in the last 4 months. And most importantly, I
still had time to enjoy the city and what it had to offer.
I have never been so satisfied with what knowledge I have retained with regards to
academics, careers and student life. I hope all following students enjoy this experience as
much as I have.
