My name is Xu, Hongbin and my English name is Hubery. I am from the Jiading district in
Shanghai and working for the Justice Bureau. I graduated from the East China Politics and
Law Institute. Now I am in charge of the HR and the people’s mediation in professional fields.
I am very glad to have the chance to be trained in the University of Warwick. I am interested
in the politics, law, economy, culture in the UK. I am also a government lawyer, so my
research is focus on the system of government legal counsel in the UK.
