Students Union Trustees CCSG Oversight of SU role in the partnership Warwick Sport Senior Management Team Student Council We’re responsible for operation delivery of the partnership, including forward planning, overseeing club activity including BUCS, finances, facilities, club development as well as health and safety. The group meets on a monthly basis to discuss and vote on issues raised by the sub-groups below. Oversight of Student Sport Committee Sports Committee Contains students only who are democratically elected via sports council to be the representative body for student sport within the University Key Contact: Sports Officer - sports@warwicksu.com Marketing Group Contains members of both Warwick Sport and Warwick SU. The group makes decisions on physical marketing, website and social media provisions relating to sports clubs and the sports partnership group and sub-groups. Key Contact: Sports Officer - sports@warwicksu.com Facilities Group Contains members of both Warwick Sport and Warwick SU. The group makes decisions on and monitors facility usage by all clubs and societies. This includes regular bookings throughout each term, one-off bookings and proposed events. Key Contact: Sales & Events Manager sportsales@warwick.ac.uk Sport / Club Development Planning Club Development Group Contains members of both Warwick Sport and Warwick SU. This group is responsible for the club development programme and will make decisions on the Club Development Fund and Sportmark. Key Contact: Club Development Officer, Andy Taylor - clubdevelopment@warwick.ac.uk Partnership Working - Day to day partnership working and communication between all staff involved in the delivery of student sport. Sports Clubs - Communications with and from all members of clubs, including specific communications to Executive Committee members Club Satisfaction Survey - Feedback from all sports club members to influence decisions on management of all clubs
