Finance Specialist – E-rate, Revenue and Telecom
ENA, (Education Networks of America) Inc., named one of Tennessee’s Best Companies to Work For, seeks a
Finance Specialist to join our dynamic, high performance team. The Finance Specialist is responsible for
communicating with customers and assisting Finance Department with various finance functions such as
customer invoicing, telecom vendor invoice processing, E-Rate assistance and other projects as assigned.
The primary responsibilities for this position are:

Customer invoicing and spreadsheet assistance (monthly customer invoicing, mailing/emailing invoices)
and assisting customers with questions related to their invoices.

Organizing, filing, reviewing, and tracking customer paperwork and correspondence

Provides government program (E-Rate) assistance within Finance Department and provide E-rate
assistance to customers related to ENA’s service. This includes collecting, tracking, and reviewing
customer e-rate forms and ensuring E-rate deadlines are met.

Processing vendor telecommunication invoices to ensure amounts paid are accurate and timely. Work
with telecommunication vendors regarding billing disputes and ensure vendor credits are received.
A qualified candidate will have experience that includes 2+ years experience in Accounting or Finance field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred. Experience with MS Office (specifically a
proficiency in MS Excel) and Internet capabilities a must.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well
in a team setting. In addition candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
This is a non-exempt position with pay between $20-$25/hour DOE. This position has the opportunity to earn
bonus based on performance. This is a full-time position eligible for benefits.
