June 22.
Made a decision on how to address the odd name formats, common matching, and new ethnicity implementation.
Report lists were handed out and everyone is supposed to review these. Rick will send the list of AR reports to Ninette and ask that she provide a list to Tom of any that need to be used in Banner.
Greg is signed up for Aug. 11-12 in Rochester, NY. Should a functional lead attend as well? We believe this allows the

Sherry found a sample of maintaining the rules and tables from another manual and opened it up for discussion.
Discussed document.
Data standards team definition should be “who determines shared standards.” Functional team leads will be the ones who ensure data quality and integrity across the system.
Debbie is going to ask to increase the working owner license so that we have backups. We may need more report studio options. We’ll learn more about all of this next week after
Greg and Chase have some training.

Sherry will find out more. This question has been sent to
Mike before but we haven’t had an answer.
Cameron needs the pre-install checklist.
Decided that the information was good. Change
“representative” to “functional team lead” in all paragraphs.
We need to ask Paul if we can transfer licenses. One option might be for IT to learn it and then after training eventually transfer the licenses to the functional leads.
Continue to use the completed extracts spreadsheets during round 2.

Candidates
Julie started a Go-Live Checklist document for things like this at w:\workgrps\its\banner
Please add to it so that we remember to do everything after each conversion. This should be our checklist of things that must be done after the conversion scripts but before we let the users in for testing. I put the one below and also that Greg needs to change the Banner ID seed number.
It will be helpful to link documents to the procedure that have the step by step process (or the instructions of what sql/shell program needs to run to do it) just in case someone wasn’t there that normally does it.
Anyone have a clue how to create a link and it goes to a separate Word document?
