Memberships number of years- Anna reporting as
defect, it is only counting # of times a code has
occurred.
See error log for two errors logged during this
training session
There is no way to calculate if this person has
given during the current year. We will have to
check on the APACLUB list to see the C201 and
make sure they have a PP03 for the current year.

AGPDCGL- Year to date report. If you have put in
goals, it will compare your actual numbers against
your goal- You must have goals in the system and
it will only pull if you put in VSE codes.

APPDCLS- Listing of all rules by gift society. This
does not pull the people, only the rules.
APACLUB-Listing of all gift societies by each
constituents
APADCLB- List all gift societies by individuals. Also
allows you to manually update the societies.
All designations are showing under each campaign
Anna is working to get this fixed.
Parameters:
Gift Society Year
Type- The gift society you have responsibility over
Report/Update
Last Run Date-
We can run this process to have the gift societies
assigned for the converted data. You must run it for
each gift society year.
Pledge Status to exclude- Need to Include exclude
C- cancelled and U-unhonored written off.
To put more than one, you have to go to the next
line, put in 05
ATVPSTA- DELETE the I (this has been done)
We should save parameter set on this so it will
default in for the individual owner.
Detailed club information. Also allows you to
update the information.
We will run this during onsite for converted data.
ATVDCPR- where you can add new premium items.
