We will discuss how the system should be set up,
set it up and then test
Meet prospect; keep track of interaction, set up
follow up reminders in X amount of time. Track the
results, and then set other follow up.

uniform procedure.

AMAINFO
Would like to be able to group prospects by
occupation or group.
All start with AM
Base prospect management form. This must be
built before anything else can be associated with
them in prospect form

Discussion, Information
Reference, will need to set up for CU. These can
be specific or generic on how the person came to
be a prospect. You can also put in a description on
how this referral came about. This is a free text
field and hard to search on.

Ratings Tab- this is not the same as the Harris
ratings (external ratings). This is used for internal
ratings. Or how they relate to Cameron. EX: Major
donors, sponsors, etc. A prospect can have
multiple ratings.
AMACONT
Used to enter contacts with the prospect.
There is a standard contact form for people who
are not prospects. APACONT, you cannot set
future actions on this.
APACOMT/AMACOMT
Information entered on one form cannot be entered
on the other.
APA can record comments on everyone. AMA only
comments on prospects.
Do we want to only use AMACONT and take away
access from APACONT?
Do we want KCCU to use one and foundation the
other?
What is our decision???
Anna’s recommendation is to record comments on
APACOMT. What do we want to use??
