The meeting was called to order by Charles Apigian, with the following in attendance: Sanjay Asthana, Wendy Koenig,
Ann Campbell, Mitzi Brandon, Teresa Thomas, Foster Amey, Jane Davis, and Randy Clark.
Previously tabled curriculum proposal for ELED to change credit hours-ELED 4400/5500 from 4 to 4 hours remains
tabled as there was no new information provided by the department.

Charles Apigian announced that Wendy Koenig has informed him that she would be unable to fulfill the duties of the
chair next year and asked to be replaced. Foster Amey agreed to take the position with the approval of the
committee. Charles will contact all committee members for further nominations and a vote. Charles reminded the
committee that the next meeting is March 21, 2008. There was no further business and the meeting was adjourned.
