Cothern Although we are well into the spring semester, I want to say happy new year and hope that you had an enjoyable and safe time off during the holidays. As you may know, our spring semester enrollment is up much like we had in the fall. MTSU seems to just keep growing. That is good but can also create challenges. Notwithstanding those challenges, please be sure to thank our students for making MTSU their university of choice. If you have not had a chance, you should read President McPhee’s January 2007 Newsletter that can be found on the MTSU website. It is very informative and covers many projects in which the Can Do Crew played a significant part. As you will note in our Newsletter, several Business and Finance Division activities are being planned for this spring. Hopefully you will be able to participate. Your support of the Image Committee and the Business and Finance Council by providing input will be greatly appreciated. We need to hear about any concerns or recommendations that you have. As always, thank you for being a Business and Finance employee. 2 Can Do Crew News Volume 4, Issue 1 Page 3 Business and Finance Council Members Name Phone Vance Akin Tammy Barton Sam Gaither Lynne Gordon Kelli Higginbotham Nina Lee Barry Porterfield Tracy Read Ann Sparks Jason Young 2414 8432 2414 2248 5002 2511 2414 2257 8124 2409 The Business and Finance Council is the staff council for Business and Finance at Middle Tennessee State University.
