Program Goals:
1. Provide curriculum that emphasizes basic knowledge and a broad understanding of the concepts of modern biology.
2. Provide laboratory and field experiences to enhance basic knowledge and understanding of the concepts of modern biology.
3. Provide practical experiences in the laboratory and the field and thereby develop the skills necessary for inquiry into the understanding of
biology.
4. Provide opportunities for students to combine classroom, laboratory, and field experiences appreciate concepts and to think critically as a
biologist.
