A minimum grade of C is required for all courses counted toward the major. Majors must take a minimum of four courses in German on the
Tacoma campus, including two 350+ courses, one during the senior year.

1) The senior paper is completed during the senior seminar (a 400-level course to be taken spring of the senior year).
2) Majors are required to compile a portfolio of their work, submitted to the department by April 1 of their senior year.
