Acknowledgments
The conference on “The Global Course of the Information Revolution: Political,
Economic, and Social Consequences” was truly a group effort. The results
presented here are due to the collaborative efforts of all of the participants, who
are listed in Appendix A. They all deserve a major vote of thanks.
