DID YOU KNOW?
TIP #1: Proposal Types live in 2 places in ePD. On the General Info Screen you will find: New,
Continuation, Renewal, Revision, and Resubmission (NIH)
UCSD Proposal Types can be found…on the OTHERS Screen: Transfer Proposal, Internal
Proposal, NIH Minority Supplement, Supplement (other than NIH Minority), and N/A None of the
Above
TIP #2: Reassigning a Proposal to another Fund Manager (aggregator)? Don’t forget to
remove yourself from the proposal. Why? You will both be aggregators (primary approvers) on
the proposal and will both have to approve it.
Tip #3: On the Others screen the OCGA Analyst field should be left blank. OCGA will populate
this field before routing.
