This field coordinator/career advisor will also assist in the creation of resumes and interview skills. It was suggested that executives from corporations be invited to campus to assist in mock interviews. Mentoring Program Emily Abbey and Maya Poran have developed a mentoring program for new faculty. It has been suggested that each new faculty hire be provided with a mentor(mentors). The mentor would provide information about the history and process of reappointments and tenure and would assist in the creation of their reappointment books. Should a new hire have multiple mentors versus one? COPLAC will be held at Ramapo College this year. The application deadline for students presenting is September 18th.
