Kohlert, Samra K. Sheikh, Colette Y. Stewart, Kyle Zurevinski Collective is a photographic exhibition of artworks created by students in the advanced photography class in the Department of Art and Art History at the University of Saskatchewan. The works exhibit the many skills and abilities learned in the course from large format photography and pinhole cameras to cross-processing film as well as a plethora of digital photographic techniques. Identity, relationships, animals, musicians and the city are some examples of the subject matter explored through the exhibited works. A variety of themes are examined in the photographs including surveillance, intimacy, abstraction, experimentation, and extended portraiture.
