Direct participants in the system can choose from the following two options (A and B):

The Liquidity Pooling service allows a group of banks to aggregate their liquidity, spread through various RTGS accounts held at one or more central banks, in a single account. There are two variants of this:
• Consolidated Account Information (CAI)
• Aggregated Liquidity Mode (AL)
A CAI group can include accounts of members of an AL group. In this case, all the accounts of the AL group must belong to the same CAI group.
The effective fee charged will be different between the managers of the group and the members.
The price list to be applied will depend on two scenarios:
• Scenario I: The account manager is the same for the CAI and the AL
• Scenario II: The account manager is different for the CAI and the AL
According to these scenarios the fee applicable will be as follows:
Scenario I
200 EUR per month for each of its possible accounts + 1,250 EUR per month

The price list applicable will depend on the following:
• Scenario I: A participant belongs to different AL and CAI groups
• Scenario II: A participant only belongs to the CAI group
Scenario I
200 EUR per month per account (AL) + 100 EUR per month (Option A of the Core Pricing)
Scenario II
100 EUR per month per account (CAI) + 100 EUR per month (Option A of the Core Pricing)

The participants choosing this option will benefit from a group fee, namely the TARGET2 Core Pricing degressive fee, which means that this degressive fee will apply to all the group's payments as if they were made from just one account.
If the account manager is the same for the CAI and the AL, the invoice will be sent to that manager. If the groups have different managers, the invoice will be sent to the CAI manager.
