Pursuant to the action taken^at the special meeting of January 14, 2014 the Board of Trustees, acting as the governing
board of the Los Ange!es Community Coiiege District, met in Closed Session at the Educationa! Services Center in the
Hearing Room at 4:10 p.m.
The following members were present: Mike Eng, Mona Field, Ernest H. Moreno, Nancy Pearlman, Miguei Santiago,
Scott J. Svonkin, and Steve Veres.
nterim Chancellor Adriana D. Barrera was present.
The following individuals were present:
Ms. Camille A. Gouiet, General Counse
Dr. Narcisa Poionio, Executive Vice President for Education, Research and Board Services, ACCT

The Board met as authorized in accordance with The Ralph M. Brown Act, Government Code sections 54950 et seq.
